Processing Time
All our items are handmade to order in our workshop. Please allow 3–7 business days for us to craft your product before dispatch. Custom or personalised orders may take slightly longer—if there’s ever a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship Australia-wide via trusted couriers and Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (available on select items)

Please note: Rural and remote areas may take a little longer.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey from our hands to yours.

Packaging
We take care in packing your order securely using eco-conscious materials wherever possible, to ensure it arrives safely and sustainably.

International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. If you're outside Australia and keen on a custom order, feel free to contact us.
