Processing Time
All our items are handmade to order in our workshop. Please allow 3–7 business days for us to craft your product before dispatch. Custom or personalised orders may take slightly longer—if there’s ever a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship Australia-wide via trusted couriers and Australia Post. 

Standard Shipping — $10 flat rate All orders under $150 are shipped via standard delivery for a flat rate of $10.

Express Shipping — $15 flat rate Need it faster? Choose express shipping at checkout for a flat rate of $15 on orders under $200.

Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders $150 and free express shipping on orders over $200.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days 

Please note: Rural and remote areas may take a little longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey from our hands to yours.

Packaging
We take care in packing your order securely using eco-conscious materials wherever possible, to ensure it arrives safely and sustainably.
